OVERVIEW
Fabric
De-Crease™ offers the easy way to remove creases,
wrinkles, and static from a wide range of water safe
fabrics. With just a simple spay and a gentle stretch,
wrinkles vanish. Fabric De-Crease™ will not alter
the color, texture, or feel of fabrics, and contains a
special soil repellent that helps to prevent clothing,
draperies, and other fabrics from re-soiling. Fabric
De-Crease™ is great for travel and other times when
ironing is impractical.
How & Why
Fabric De-Crease™ Works
Clothing and other fabrics can develop surface properties
that lead to creases and wrinkles. The process of
laundering can generate static with additional electrical
charges that intensify these properties and create “static
cling” as well as heavy wrinkling. The specially developed
cationic and anionic surfactants within Fabric
De-Crease™ are designed to dissipate these forces by
acting as an anti-static agent, while they also serve to
soften, relax, and smooth out wrinkled surfaces. In
addition, special anti-soiling agents within Fabric
De-Crease™ act to repel soils, helping to keep fabrics
cleaner, longer.
Applications
Always test for compatibility with, and the colorfastness
of, the surface to be treated by applying a small quantity
of the product to an inconspicuous area and wiping with a
clean white cloth. Fabric De-Crease™ can be used on
all water-safe fabrics, including: clothing, sheets,
towels, rugs, sheers and draperies.
Fabric De-Crease™
is easy to use. Holding the sprayer approximately 8
inches from the surface, spray evenly over the wrinkled
surface. After wetting, gently pull on the fabric to
smooth away the wrinkles. Allow the treated surface to
dry by hanging up the treated item, or laying it out on a
smooth flat surface. More difficult wrinkles may require
heavier application.
