MoldBlock®
dries to an invisible film that resist Mold Fungus and

Mildew. Unlike the paints and resins on the market today,
MoldBlock® is water-based can be used safely
Indoors and Out and is easily applied to hard or soft
surfaces, without changing the look, color, feel or
texture of the surface. MoldBlock® can be used as
a protective treatment to avert the formation of mold
stains and odors, or in conjunction with mold abatement
treatments to defend against their return. MoldBlock®
is a polymer that, when applied to indoor or outdoor
surfaces, will thwart mold stains and odors for up

MoldBlock™ Works
When applied to surfaces,
MoldBlock® creates an invisible barrier that resist
the growth of mold and mildew stains and odors, preventing
spores from attaching to surfaces. Without the ability to
bind to a surface mold and mildew stains will not occur.

Property
Use
before / after Flooding, Humid Conditions to help prevent
mold and mildew odors and stains.
Spray:
Hold sprayer 4 to 6 inches from the surface and completely
and evenly cover surface with MoldBlock® . Allow to
completely dry or wait 3 minutes and remove excess
material using a sponge or cloth.
Dip/Soak:
Use a container suitably sized to the item to be treated
and add a sufficient quantity of MoldBlock® to
completely submerge the item. Soak for 3 minutes, then
remove and let dry.
