Overview
MoldBlaster®
is an EPA Registered bactericide that has been specially
formulated to be effective in the control of mold and
mildew. In addition to mold and mildew, MoldBlaster®
is effective against HIV, Hepatitis B, and many
other bacteria. With a neutral pH and pleasant scent,
this powerful disinfectant can be used in a wide range
of indoor and outdoor applications in homes businesses,
and institutions. In addition to eliminating
odor-causing microorganisms, MoldBlaster® can be
used in mold and mildew abatement procedures to prepare
surfaces for application of ForceField® MoldBlock®
(a protective polymer which inhibits the formation of
mold and mildew stains and odors.
How & Why ForceField® MoldBlaster®
Works
While quaternary
ammonium compounds (quats) have always been known as
effective biocides, it is the blending of two unique
quats with gentle cleansers that make MoldBlaster®
even more effective than traditional sanitizers.
MoldBlaster® offers the power to control mold and
mildew stains and odors and bacteria, and yet it is pH
neutral, phosphate free, and mild enough to prevent
damage to treated surfaces. As a result, it provides a
versatile solution for the treatment of mold, mildew and
bacteria infestations and the odors associated with
these problems.
Applications
Note: In most cases it is
highly advisable to apply a mold/mildew stain and odor
inhibitor (ForceField® MoldBlock®)) after a
surface has been cleaned.
